Multiple clips from San Francisco on a misty and foggy night. People gather together in Precita Park while wearing fun outfits lined with LEDs. And there are large puppets too. Then the folks start parading down the streets of the Mission while a marching band plays. People are joyous, and there are several organizers keeping the parade moving and keeping the attendees in the single lane of the street so they don't block traffic. The footage shows people turning from Folsom St. to 24th, then more footage of the parade walking down the bike lane on Valencia Street. At some points you can see a small Japanese fire truck and three well-preserved doggie dinner head sculptures on a large trailer behind a uhaul.
