A slice of "custard baumkuchen" in a package. It's made in Japan and exported to here in the US. I got this at H-mart, a Korean supermarket.

   Here's the package of my "custard baumkuchen." Karl Juchheim may be amused how many different versions of baumkuchen are made in Japan. We have soft kind, hard kind, matcha green tea flavor, salt caramel flavor, chocolate....my recent favorite includes salty lemon.
