I baked some biscuits since I did such a bad-ass hike today. A girl needs carbs with soup!
#BakingTip: Never twist when cutting biscuits — cut straight down & out; Square biscuits are easier to do well.
Never touch the sides or they flop over because you seal the layers.
Baking them on a pizza stone creates incredible caramelized crust.
I added cheese, but don’t add too much or it seals the sides/flops over or prevents max height.
