   As per local reports, not even virtual private network (VPN) apps managed to help citizens bypass internet restrictions.

   @sun @tk @anemone He’s technically developing the client still but I think he bit off more than he can chew by porting it to a whole different infrastructure.

   As far as I can tell he keeps derailing to build random libraries and tools and usually doesn’t get much else done.
