Color scale runs from minimal (dark green) to very high (dark purple) with white for insufficient data. Orange in southwest Florida and central west California. Orange-yellow in same region, and also central Arizona. Yellow counties in New Mexico (x2), Texas, Louisiana, South Dakota and California. Otherwise dense dark green east of Mississippi. Mostly white along 100°W, except for some shades of green Dakotas and Nebraska, into eastern Texas, picking up with larger green counties further west, with patches green from New Mexico and points west; central Colorado northwest to PNW. Outlines of white counties most of and north California. Description from CDC site: A Weekly Influenza Surveillance Report Prepared by the Influenza Division Outpatient Respiratory Illness Activity Map Determined by Data Reported to ILINet This system monitors visits for respiratory illness that includes fever plus a cough or sore throat, also referred to as ILI, not laboratory confirmed influenza and may capture patient visits due to other respiratory pathogens that cause similar symptoms.

    Seeing orange-yellow moderate respiratory illness in California (3x) and Arizona. Previously Florida, California (x2) and Arkansas. Santa Rosa was moderate both weeks.

    CDC adds two-week maximum to wastewater map.

    High in central Kansas gave way to high in central Illinois. Above-average sites were in Cali (San Francisco), Illinois, Oregon (3x), Kansas and Texas; then in Illinois (3x), Hawaii and Oregon.
