Nationalist Fidesz in Hungary loses ground and loses their own absolute majority, and that sounds nice, but then you look at who took the most of those votes, and that's TISZA, whose most famous name is a guy who was in Fidesz until this year.
Looking at the party ideology and program, it does look like progress. They want to reduce strongman rule and corruption, improve accountability, improve rule of law, cooperate with EU institutions, etc.
I haven't looked into where Péter Magyar stands personally, and why he was in Fidesz.
