Color scale runs from minimal (dark green) to very high (dark purple) with white for insufficient data. Orange in west Florida and central west California. Orange-yellow in central Arkansas and California further north. Otherwise dense dark green east of Mississippi, but for some lighter green going to yellow-green in inland south through norther Louisiana. Mostly white along 100°W, except for some shades of green South Dakota and Nebraska, picking up with larger green counties further west, with patches of yellow-green in New Mexico, South Dakota, and southeast Texas into north Louisiana.
