132. No Taxpayer Funding for Sex Change: We oppose the use of taxpayer funds for any type of medical treatments or interventions intended to alter sex characteristics. This includes but is not limited to military personnel and inmates in federal, state, or local prisons or jails. No federal, state, insurance, or probate monies may be allocated for the use of such treatment.

Die Möglichkeiten zu trans Healthcare sollen finanziell ausgetrocknet werden (für Menschen im Militär oder Gefängnis sowieso verboten sein).
Ein Verbot von berufsrechtlichen oder anderen Konsequenzen für das Durchführen von Konversionstherapie soll nicht erlaubt sein.
"Gender theory" soll genauso wie trans Personen überhaupt beim Militär verboten werden.
