Lastly: more activity. I started running again and I hope to keep that up.
One thing that kept me motivated was stepping on the scales every morning and noting down the weight when I am at home. No excuses.
So, where am I at?

Still way too much, but babysteps. I am happy with the progress. I hope to lose ~2kg per month.
Tomorrow I will get myself a Mars bar. But I plan a no sweets at home rule for the future.
Let's see how it goes, I will report even in case of failure.
