Most are at 40%–60%, France, BeNeLux and Baltics a bit lower, the Balkans and Russia are between 65% and 70%, Greece is at an extreme 89% and the lowest ones are Spain at 20%, Estonia and Belgium at 23% and Sweden at 26%.
