Unions are lead by white men and white and sometimes jewish men and women but eurocentric nonetheless. You'll never find a POC or disabled union steward/rep and they'll never be on your side. Without the racial issues, they still generally only do what we had in the past, lunch, breaks, retirement, can't fire us in less than 3 months but 6 is doable, 30 min lunch, literally our bare minimal human rights.

I get that there are a long history of problems in unions, and also you don't make things better by spreading lies and half truths about them.
