Unions are lead by white men and white and sometimes jewish men and women but eurocentric nonetheless. You'll never find a POC or disabled union steward/rep and they'll never be on your side. Without the racial issues, they still generally only do what we had in the past, lunch, breaks, retirement, can't fire us in less than 3 months but 6 is doable, 30 min lunch, literally our bare minimal human rights.
