   So....after all that drama, Copmala went against the grain of her establishment and selected Tim Walz over Josh Shapiro as her VP candidate.

   Didn't think she had it in her, but, OK.

   It doesn't change my personal position whatsoever, because while Walz is far and away the most progressive VP candidate this side of Thomas Eagleton, without his negatives.

   And while the Democratic Right will steam and simmer away about how Shapiro was knifed by "antisemitism", they can just cry in the corner.

   @thomasfuchs personally I think the late 90s / early 2000s were peak home HiFi time. The integrated class AB amplifier ICs were pretty good, there was minimal DSP manipulation going on and affordable speakers sounded OK.

   It's gone downhill since as class D has become the norm and penny pinching has become extreme.
