   @nikatjef @WhyNotZoidberg @root42 @Tattooed_Mummy I suspect if you go back and check your data points you'll find they're misleading.

   Acing exams is actually a really good case for testing our assumptions about these systems.

   After all, the whole idea is that they have access to the entire internet. How could they do anything but ace the tests.

   It turns out that LLMs can sometimes do kind-of-ok on tests given a very carefully constructed environment.

   So what gives?

   UK employment law some time ago set a precedent that trans-hostile beliefs were protected in a workplace environment.

   So I'm doing the Cassandra thing again, where once again we warned the rest of you that if you didn't push back, the shit flung at us would start hitting other groups.

   When I was a little girl who was AMAB, I didn't know the word "transgender." I still don't really embrace it as a description of my identity, and I don't participate in a lot of online trans culture because of it.

   I was just a little girl. And I had to make sense of that as best I could, on top of trying to convince other people. I was convinced god made a mistake.

   And that's a terrible situation for a child to be in, especially in a hostile environment.

   So yeah, it's personal.
