@obrhoff For some reason, those Russian-speaking individuals living long distance away from Russia (e.g. Fridman) and who haven't had to actually experience the grim realities of Putin's reign themselves – are very susceptible to Russian propaganda, which has been more fierce than ever recently.
So yeah, no surprise Lex is basically repeating Musk's and Trump's talking points re: "the peace deal" – they've been fed the same bullshit from Russia-sponsored media, and they totally fell for it
Maybe this is naive, but do you not think this election is *already* about Kamala Harris?
I mean, if Biden stays in and wins, he'll be in his mid-80s for his 2nd term. I feel like the 25th amendment almost inevitably comes into play, if we expect Biden to decline further than what we've seen recently.
So anybody voting for Biden now has to ultimately have Harris as a very likely successor, no?
If so, I feel like there's at least an argument to be made for her to take his place now.
Very interesting, in particular as it was a SW company and US companies often pay double or more than the top rate in Germany, even working remotely here seems to be paying better for skilled workers, I learned recently.
So, what were the "top 5" formal reasons people were filtered out for in the prescreening?
