“Do accessibility for AIs” has the same ring to it as “do accessibility for SEO” had. It's the plea to at least do it for the robots if you can't be arsed to do it for real humans.
It's dehumanizing.
And sure, in some ableist instances it might work, and in the end how you get to accessibility does not really matter, but I have seen projects under these premises collapse.
For example, someone might suggest Markdown files instead of making stuff accessible. And poof, the whole argument is gone
The terrifying thing about "AI" isn't the technology itself, but what it's revealed about so many of our fellow humans.
It was bad enough that people think learning, skill, and craftsmanship are a waste of time.
Now they believe *existing* can be automated.

@Fragglemuppet I can understand your liking for Tummy, though!
I like his calm, friendly behavior.
I also really liked the episode where he befriends that blind woman, I enjoy when the bears occasionally manage to actually interact with nice humans.
It reminded me a bit of the Gargoyles episode where Hudson befriends that blind guy as his first own human friend.
@magicalthinking @Humpleupagus
TPTB are done with more humans.
It couldn't be any more obvious. The offer is hedonism until you die.
Happy Father’s Day to all of the men who took on the responsibility of raising good humans.
It makes life more meaningful.
BREAKING: Corporations do bad things all the time.
Corporations lie, cheat, steal, and hurt & kill humans.
It is not because corporations are evil. It is not because corporations are thoughtless. It is not because corporations are ignorant.
It is because corporations are not conscious beings.
Corporations were developed (and partially designed) for one purpose and one purpose only: the systematic economic exploitation of resources.
Stop expressing shock.
Start tearing corporations down.
