   I decided to stay on this section of the border today, so got a picture of one of the "cat gates" cut into the border fence after the fact to allow all but the biggest wildlife to pass through. Keep in mind though that there are only 24 of these in 20 miles. Not near enough.

   My foot in the lower part of the frame for scale.

   The standard gap between the bollards (what the posts are called) is 4 inches.

   @knud I usually wait years before upgrading, and so do many of my friends and family.

   Having items that just work is okay, but if a person works in an industry that heavily utilizes the devices, “just works” is not good enough.

   My view of phones 📱, tablets 💻 & watches ⌚ is that of a tool (& tools are usually the gifts I give to family & friends).

   This year, due to Trump's pending Tariffs, I decided to save money and send upgradable gifts now rather than pay the premium later.

   Don't get me wrong, I love coding and growing the @pixelfed community from scratch

   But my dream and calling is music, I never thought I was good enough.

   My journey with pixelfed has taught me that I can do things I never thought possible, so I'm going to pick this back up 😁
