   If you want truly random posts, try browsing the Local and Federated timelines on your server.

   They are feeds of all the public posts made by people on your server (Local) or people from other servers that your server has noticed (Federated).

   Also, try Explore which shows trending posts and trending tags. (On the official app, click the magnifying glass but leave the search box blank.)
