@atomicpoet Here's @evan@cosocial.ca's post saying that the #W3C #SocialWG (the custodians of #ActivityPub) is excited about #Meta moving into the #Fediverse and "we're here to help". That sure looks like "working with Facebook" to me.

But okay, let me rephrase the question in your terms. What are the other examples where #Meta has "conceded" like this and it's worked out well for the communities they've "conceded" to?
