   Docker のコンテナ内だと UUID が衝突するという話だけど、MACアドレスを生成情報に使っているのは UUID v1 で、v4 はそこに相当する情報は乱数を使っているので関係ないんだが、本文では「より悪い」扱いされてて、なんだかなーという感じ。

   PowerShell の場合：

   $ powershell "Write-Host (New-GUID)"
   d1289f02-049c-4bc4-9155-5a7ea42d1574

   これだと 4bc4 の位置の一桁目が UUID のバージョンが入ることになっている。つまり PowerShell の New-GUID は UUID v4なので気にしなくてよい
