In 2020 when we first went to remote work and video meetings, one of the interns had what looked like a Pride flag on the wall behind her. I spent a good while trying to sort out which flag it was. Finally I zoomed in for a better look, and nope - it was her doctoral thesis planning, in multicoloured post-its.
