Air defense systems are usually radar or thermal guided, and I suspect dragons+rider doesn’t carry enough metal to trigger the radar, and doesn’t have a high enough heat sig to be considered a missile.

Did I already mention that work has reduced their internal message retention to 180 days, even though it would cost the same to have it retain messages for years?

I can only think of 2 reasons for that:
* Planning financial crimes
* Conspiracy to illegally fire someone with a disability or from an under represented minority for straight-up bigotry
