It's nice to potter away at something that can't possibly become a work project, but I still get sucked in as if it was... so today is the last day I work at it seriously.
As of rn I have all the mechanics working (except metal and one-way surfaces) and 3 of the early levels.

I have quickly realised that the hour markers are not in the wrong place because of a bug, I just misunderstood how the thing would work.

Rotation needs to be based on ‘parent’ epicycle rotations, which is not really a behaviour of epicycles usually but whatever, this makes a cool clock. I’ll fix it up with numbers tomorrow and share it.
