One last thing about attending protests:

Do have a group.

Do rehearse your protest plan of escape.

Research means of egress specific to the venue you attend.

Be aware of police body blocking, staging and corraling techniques.

Remember, the life you save may be your own.

Number 1 rule of attending protests: Anyone you didn't arrive with is potentially an outside agitator.

Don't use anyone else's phone to call your people.

Don't let anyone else use your phone.

Ideally, don't have a phone. (Deeignate a video person for your group).

Keep only necessary ID (driver's license, insurance card)

No wallets. No cash.
