Dinner tomorrow night at a friend's house. They enjoy cooking so I whipped up a set of curly maple tasting spoons and will try to make them another small item as a gift. Probably would have been easier to go pick up a bottle of wine

After first coat of oil the curly cherry really pops . There was no filter applied to this

After all the sanding was done on this cherry coffee table I placed it out in the sunlight . Cherry is photo reactive and will darken when exposed to the sunlight. Later today I will apply the first check coat of danish oil .

the cushions were finished up for sofa and chairs that I had posted earlier . Quality inspector gave them a paws up
