@pettter I want to get into a mindset of no research being “useless”, look at literally anything that interests me for a week or two, and see if a video unfolds naturally from that, rather than the approach of “I need to make a video in x weeks choose topic-research-GO”

don’t know if/how well this will work yet, and it’s very difficult not to default to value-judgement thinking. but need SOME sort of method that’s healthier and more sustainable than previous so doing my best ?

there are so many possibilities with so many sub-possibilities that choosing and diving into one is scary in case it doesn’t work out and then all that time and energy’s gone into researching the Wrong thing when actually you should have been researching the Right thing

except you can’t make that judgement until you’ve researched and by then it’s too late

anyway this is why I don’t do anything

constantly afraid I’ll run out of ideas for videos while also overwhelmed at all the possible ideas

it’s like when you go on Netflix, and there’s everything, so you’re like “there’s nothing”

double videos coming out in a few hours provided I can stay up long enough this is taking forever

it's two videos on account of just having an old one kicking around and both the more low-effort (to film) kind so don't get too excited

as for effort required to edit this is the last time I'm ever editing anything I don't know why I even did this to myself jesus heck
