Facebook Marketplace has reminded me that twelve years ago Asus and Lamborghini produced a laptop together.

I can't suffer this alone!

It is as completely ugly as you might imagine, boxy overstated styling with the cheap plastics of a 2010s consumer laptop to finish it off.

Is there an explanation for why that Google "Web Environment Integrity" / DRM for the web proposal is on some random engineer's personal GitHub account?

This is weird, right?

Is this a solution looking for a problem, or are there people who value this and I just can't imagine being those people?
