@jonny@inthehands the flaw in this plan is that there is human liability because the decision was actually not made by AI. that decision, of course, was whether to trust AI’s output. only a human can make that decision
i grew up with a narcissistic abuser in my life. this is the exact way he would act on a regular basis, down to the mannerisms. i see trump for precisely what he is
that guy also had MS and early onset alzheimer’s. so i really seriously question trump’s mental state if he’s acting like this. can’t even remember what year russia invaded ukraine
the thing about abuse like this is that to some people, it can look like admirable bravado and strength. it takes being the victim of it, then sometimes years of analyzing and picking it apart to come to the conclusion that it even was abuse. but then, then you know exactly how to spot it
how to spot a narcissistic abuser: - makes you question reality - makes you feel like the bad guy when you know you’ve done nothing wrong - isolates you from support - turns the blame back outwards to anyone around them who doesn’t play along - can never be wrong - shouts down any dissent - mocks perceived weakness or vulnerability - values power and authority above everything else - distorts reality to make it seem like they’re the reasonable one and you should be grateful for their presence
@skinnylatte that’s good to hear. i’ve had my eye on it as a cheaper but more capable leica alternative. i have a minolta slr, but rangefinders and their tiny superb lenses intrigue me, especially since i’ve been shooting from the hip a lot lately
