With the Detroit Lions on a winning streak this season, I thought the first football team flag I'd see in my southeast Michigan neighborhood would be the Lions.

Nope.

Not how I expected my day to start before 8am.

Trash collection truck backed into our vehicle, scraping and denting vehicle front and driver-side front quarter panel.

I wasn't in the vehicle. Waited over an hour for police to arrive to create report.

When they arrived, the first thing they said was to apologize for how long it took.

@chris We're starting to get good fall color on trees this week (our freezing mornings help). Saw lots of brilliant red and bright gold trees yesterday.

@chris We get 70's this weekend and next week as well.

Which gives me some extended growing days for my fall veggies (most are in pots).

Plus time to clean up the garden. And more time to ride my bike in warmer weather.

@shawnhooper Yes, it has. And when corporations hosting their websites on WP Engine learn what it appears Matt has done to create havoc, it will not turn out well for him.

Matt's extreme actions and erratic behavior over the past week demonstrate he needs to walk away from WordPress. And someone else needs to take on his role.

@chris That's what I've been saying to Raul for the past several days: what WordPress-related company is next to be banned by Matt? Unless they acquiesce to his extortion demands.
