@bkuhn @lukeshu But even if the rights problems are sorted, integrating the various story differences that emerged as a result seems quite the challenge.

@lukeshu @bkuhn I have TOS/TAS/TNG/DS9/VOY/ENT plus the 10 movies on DVD and CSS has been broken for a long time. It appears that the reboot/expansion stuff is too. Perhaps I'll give it a try then after the classic stuff, based on @bkuhn sayso. 😀

I realized the 60th anniversary of #StarTrek is coming up on Sept 8, 2026 - only 363 days away! By my count, there's 725 episodes of TOS/TAS/TNG/DS9/VOY plus 10 movies. Maybe I'll go watch them all in broadcast order. If I start now and watch ~2 episodes a day (plus the films), I could finish everything right on time for the big day. After that... will I dive into the reboot/expansion era? Not sure about that stuff... #AllStarTrek

@khleedril If you watch the the behind-the-scenes stuff, the theory behind LCARS is that is reconfigured itself to fit each user's preferences. This is not mentioned in any on-screen dialog though, but if we were to take that and run with it,, the answer would be because Worf preferred it that way. 😀

I went to bed, fell asleep fast, and woke up feeling totally rested - thinking most of the night had elapsed and the alarm clock was due to make its noise soon. Checked the clock: only 2 hours had passed. #TimeWarp
