I ate something called saag paneer with some spinach naan on the side. I'd put the the saag paneer onto the naan and eat it that way. I thought it was quite good.

@kolev @thelinuxEXP Respond to a nearly 30 minute video in the 500 character limit of Mastodon? There's a lot in the video that would need unpacking. But I'll point out that promoting TuxCare, a company whose entire business model revolves around providing extended support for older, frozen enterprise software (like AlmaLinux, Rocky, and Ubuntu LTS), in a video criticizing using such in the first place is incredibly ironic.

I think I’ve lost respect for The History Channel. Tuned in during dinner and they were claiming aliens did genetic experiments on Earth animals to create humans to mine gold. Then they said the Egyptian pyramids were nuclear reactors for turning lead into gold... and somehow linked it all to the Incas? It just got more and more unbelievable.
