Modern remake of ranma 1/2 but ranma is desperately trying to stay in girl form while coming up with increasingly crazy excuses / reasons to tell everyone else so as not to come out of the closet. The whole series is her coming to terms with being trans explicitly.

Also side plot of akane realizing she is a lesbian but doesn’t want to tell ranma because she thinks ranma wants to be a boy and comedy ensues
