Geography redux

@feld In my specific case, very little. I plan on keeping a 30 gallon compact hot water tank up there (~300lbs including the weight of the tank). The PEX tubing is also very forgiving should freezing occur, but runs are very short and only on the inside walls

It's not practical for most homes, but the way I'm designing my little cabin, all utilities will be routed through the attic and roof

If needed, could unhook the ground anchors (that keep it from flying away in a storm) and move the structure anywhere else even after completion

ProTip: If for some reason, you find yourself without a fork, but happen to have a length of sturdy wire you can scavenge or "borrow", you can twist it into a fork and sharpen the ends

Provided there's no lead in the wire, this is safer than wood with since you can heat it
