Enterprise users get support and enterprise-y features.
Everyone else can get away with self-hosted (look at Hetzner).
The office groupware (Collabora vs OnlyOffice) needs a container on its own but is also available for free (for community uses).

@kaia every ATM should be able to hand those out.
If you want to exchange existing money (e.g., 1x100€ to 20x5€ bills), go to your local Bundesbank branch. They are there to handle (physical) cash without any extra charges.

I've been a user of ergonomic keyboards since ~2005. I started with the Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard, then the Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 ( https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Microsoft-Keyboard-German-B2M-00001-Natural/dp/B000A6DJKW ). That's the best keyboard ever, IMHO.
After a quick detour I'm now typing with the Logitech K860, which has a similar experience - but isn't noisy.
I've never had issues with my muscles/wrists/fingers or similar, although I'm a heavy keyboard user. Might be a coincidence, but I'm quite comfortable.

@kaia nextcloud has an App for "polls", which allow not only classic polls, with multiple text options, but also for dates/times - similar to doodle. It has understanding of time, so you can easily move options and have intervals (e.g., slot planning with 2hr duration).
Works actually really good. Internal for your users, and public as well.
