   how can I get a bundle of 5EUR notes? I called Deutsche Bank and they said they only do business customers.

     @kaia every ATM should be able to hand those out.
     If you want to exchange existing money (e.g., 1x100€ to 20x5€ bills), go to your local Bundesbank branch. They are there to handle (physical) cash without any extra charges.
