Ok. We've got to a point that there's a strong consensus among lawyers that Israel is deliberately breaching international law in Gaza. (Including: UK lawyers open letters; ICJ decisions on provisional measures; ICC application for arrest warrants being backed by an expert panel.)
And yet most of the politicians haven't caught up.
So maybe it's up to us now as citizens and voters.
Did anyone mention a UK general election??

It's horrible. There are 2+ million people being punished collectively by lethal violence, with the collusion of governments including mine (UK).
The voices of people in Gaza have been closed down.
Civilian telecoms, mains electricity, mains water, mains sanitation are all destroyed. By now, probably more than 50% of residences are destroyed. Denial of fuel resupply means everything else is ending. Modern medicine has already ended.

@jamesmarshall @evan Strong point. I'm qualified yes.
The Washington Post story confirms it's easier/cheaper for them to verify than host. And, with the journalists that I value most, it's not about who they work for. (My favourite regional journalist moved jobs smoothly to the national/international FT last year. Her account was pretty certainly under her own control.)
So, great for news orgs to run instances, especially with a union agreement. Otherwise, just welcome verified journalists!

@evan Simply no. That's such a badly worded question. Everyone obviously can't (disabilities/age). And the world's still quite a big place where basic electricity can be scarce.
If maybe you meant something like, "every person in x countries who's in education or economically active should be given opportunities to program" then yes. Plus encouragement for adults outside work in those countries.
