    @lxo They do interfere client-side. Again, that is not the cause of the issue you are having right now.
    And I don't think it is necessary, but powering off and on again is always fine :)

    I'd say it's quite easy these days for companies to geo-locate, but in the other hand I'm happy if that is not the case. Less accurate data to traffic with :)

    [ESP] Sobre los mensajes directos en gnusocial.net: después de arreglar la configuación de correo (gracias, @puppetmaster ), la situación es la siguiente:

    - Podemos enviar y recibir DM de Pleroma, ambos con notificaciones (Pleroma en la interfaz web, GS en el correo).
    - Podemos enviar y recibir DM de Mastodon. En GS recibimos notificación por correo, pero en Mastodon no la reciben, ni siquiera en la interfaz web.
    - No podemos enviar ni recibir DM entre cuentas de gnusocial.net.
    - Para que lleguen los DM de Pleroma y Mastodon, tienen que escribirlos siempre iniciando una nueva conversación. Si responden siguiendo la coversación, las nuevas respuestas no llegan.

    [ENG] About DMs in gnusocial.net: after fixing the mail config (thanks to @puppetmaster ), the situation is this:

    - We can send and recieve DMs from Pleroma, both with notification (Pleroma in UI, GS in mail).
    - We can send and recieve DMs from Mastodon. We get the mail notification, but they don't get the UI one.
    - We can't send or recieve DMs between gnusocial.net accounts.
    - For Pleroma and Mastodon DMs to arrive, they always have to write them as a new message. If they reply to one DM from our side, the reply does not arrive.

    @simsa04 @lnxw48a1 I don't think it matters either, I use one myself.
    Right now, it can confirm:
    - There is no block at IP level, and no records of it.
    - I've setup these two scripts to run every morning:
    "php /var/www/gnusocial/plugins/OStatus/scripts/resub-feed.php https://gnusocial.net/url/8940902" and "php /var/www/gnusocial/plugins/OStatus/scripts/testfeed.php https://gnusocial.net/url/8940902".
    I suggest you do the same, @lnxw48a1 at least until we find the error, as they seem to fix things.
    - Nothing I can find in logs suggests a failure in federation; requests get responses with "accept" codes.
    - For what is worth, we are using TLSv1.2 and TLSv1.3 only, but I see no issue with that in webserver logs.

    I'll add more to this thread if/when I find it.

    [ESP] Actualizado gnusocial.net al commit 6e031d623a: "[VersionBump] 2.0.0beta0". Esto significa que hemos pasado de alpha a beta, y que estamos más cerca de la versión 2.0 final.

    Algunos cambios:

    - Arreglo del fallo que impedía borrar antiguo multimedia remoto.
    - Arreglo del fallo que presentaba los envíos remotos sin formato de texto.
    - Arreglo del fallo que impedía recibir imágenes remotas cuando el envío original tenía más de una.
    - Parcheado un problema de seguridad en la API.
    - Varios arreglos en los mensajes directos.

    [ENG] gnusocial.net has been upgraded to commit 6e031d623a: "[VersionBump] 2.0.0beta0". This means that we've upgraded from alpha to beta, and that we are closer to 2.0.

    Some changes:

    - Fix for the failure to delete old remote media content.
    - Fix for the failure to present remote posts correctly formatted.
    - Fix for the failure to show remote images when the original post contained more than one.
    - Patched an API security problem.
    - Several fixes in direct messages.
