     @lxo They do interfere client-side. Again, that is not the cause of the issue you are having right now.
     And I don't think it is necessary, but powering off and on again is always fine :)

     I have just disabled umatrix, still puzzled as to why this could possibly make a difference to server-side behavior. does it? or should I log out and log back in? or maybe power it off and then on again? :-D
