We didn't deserve "Rogue One".

We definitely don't deserve "Andor".

A rebellion standing up to a tyrant. A tyrant who controls the military and the propaganda machine. A tyrant who tries to obscure and rewrite the truth.

A ragtag group of people who believe that there can and should be more. Who know that they must work together to overcome the seemingly impossible odds. You might even call them rebels.

I still have hope. I just pray that it's not an epic battle that's needed to unseat the current tyrant. He's just a weak little man and not a Sith Lord so I have hope.

What a weird world we live in.

The people who distributed all the misinformation about mask wearing during the pandemic deserve a raise. Yes, there was some sketchy science in the beginning when all we had was cloth. That said, we made it work as a group. Now that KN95 masks are easily available, we should be good, right?

In a high school auditorium last night for the school musical with probably close to 300 people. It was me wearing a mask and one kid with a surgical mask.

Meanwhile, I have one friend fighting a "sinus infection" that won't go away and another who's extremely fatigued after a bout with #COVID a few months back.

Again, just big time kudos to those who spread the misinformation. You did such an amazing public good. It will last for generations.

@roadriverrail @Tweetfiction They played a concert at our university. I want to say it was the spring of 1996. I was on the student production team that had organized the concert. The band walked in and the first thing they asked was if anyone knew where a basketball court was. I was more than happy to introduce them to the court across the street.

Being a trumpet player, I was a little in awe of Sledge. 🎺
