I took this photo in 2016 when Dr. Carla Hayden's name was being carved into the wall of the Thomas Jefferson building of the Library of Congress -- adding her to the short list of Librarians of Congress. I'm still reeling from her being removed from her position.

Honestly, find a copy as an ePub so I can read it on my eReader instead.

@evan Her name is Marble Rye (like the bread) and she was a rescue - with her clipped ear from having been trapped, neutered and *almost* released... but there was a hurricane on the way so she got added to a box in someone's car driving away from the storm. She has been part of our family for a few years now :)
