Okay, after a bit of troubleshooting, it appears that @pixelfed's mobile app doesn't resize images that exceed its maximum size, it just appears to upload and then silently fails. ☹️

Tonight's coding project was a really simple flashcard system that pulls enrollment data by section from Canvas and photos from our SIS and combines them to be quickly clicked through on my phone to learn my students' names and faces.

With a tiny modification it will also function as the modern alternative to the jar of popsicle sticks for randomly calling on students.
