The UK Home secretary Suella Braverman suggests waving a Palestinian flag may now be a criminal offense. She sent a letter to English constables encouraging them to crack down:

Braverman is the right wing Brexit enthusiast who wants the UK to withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights. She is also the racist fuckhead who wanted to send all asylum seekers crossing into the UK to Rwanda (like what the actual fuck).

When air quality sites like airnow.gov and others that report AQI list ~100 AQI as "moderate" or "unhealthy for sensitive groups", it is utter bullshit.

PM2.5 (the particulate of concern with wildfire smoke) is gnarly as shit. It's a carcinogen. It goes deep into the lungs, bloodstream and brain.

I don't wanna scare folks cause this shit triggers my anxiety in a big way but it's important to dispel the normalization of this hellscape.

At 50 AQI I feel real gross; at 100+ I have a massive headache and can feel weird chest and muscular pain.

I wish people would stop conflating requests for support with mutual aid.

It is 100% valid and decent to reach out, or share requests, for help. But doing so absent organizing structures and larger intentions for political change makes it something different.

Andy Ngo has inspired more than one mass shooter and is a celebrated propagandist amongst neo-nazis and the far-right.

At least recent reporting in the Oregonian and elsewhere has dropped any pretense that this shameless grifter is a "journalist." He is an opportunist unsuccessfully trying to weaponize the civil court system to further target the people opposed to his bigotry-steeped harassment campaigns.
