@danirabbit I see this all the time. Articles of the "Top 5 best open-source X" variety, and they don't mention the actually best software available, just the most popular ones that you've already ears about but they aren't that great, completely screw up the facts, and then have mutually exclusive pros and cons for each one to top things off. Are these articles written by AI?

Are there any RGBW light bulbs that can be easily controlled through WiFi from Linux?

I suspect OpenRGB would support that if anything.

Bonus points for high timing resolution and low latency so I can sync the lights to music :P

Audacity 3.2.0 is out and now has (among other things):

- real time non-destructive audio effects (I think they are always pre-fader)
- VST3 support
- An integration with an audio sharing website (audio.com) - it thankfully does allow anonymous use, but you need to click the X in top right corner - it nags you to create an account.

I got encouraged to record a reading of the new lore I drafted for my FPS game called Liblast.
