The new designer assigned to my project is one of those people who, even when provided a NUMBERED LIST OF TASKS will just look at it, do the first task and say "DONE!"

I explicitly make sure to put things in a list, in a logical order, very succinct and straight-forward, to avoid messing up people with ADHD or with a huge backlog...
