Sigh... Of the many stupid things I have to deal with while I try and re-stabilize my life, today's is having lost access to the shared Netflix account.

1) digestive enzymes

2) using vagal nervous system tricks to trigger "rest and digest"

In #spoonieTown there's a troupe of roving tinkerers who will come by and help you fix things, or sell you a toaster or something from the 70's they've repaired and will be good for decades to come.

Everybody is just done with buying garbage that needs to be replaced all the time.

Hey, can somebody tell me how to turn off all the AI bollocks on zoom?
I'm using it for the first time in ages and want to shut that shit down right out of the gate.

I am sitting on the porch, mentally exhausted, and blessedly high, pondering all the problems in the world, including my own.

And it occurs to me I could go on a dating site to gather all those lost boys who don't know how to get laid, or interact with women in general, and cougar those pups with invitations for tantric sex training.

And when they show up I teach them how to meditate.

It is heartbreaking to say, after a month, my cog isn't really recovering, language is still a struggle.

It is so socially isolating, aside from meatspace misery, not being able to even gently chat with online friends.

My apologies to everyone who replies and says all sorts of really engaging things, but I just can't. Most of the time the words don't come.
