    @DisasterHighway He works as CTO for Honeycomb. I believe he was removed from Google. I've received multiple stories from Googlers that he was a known menace in the company.

    The attack is still ongoing and I'm weighing my options for mitigating it. There's some third-party offers but I'd like to inhouse. For now, I've moved us to the haproxy-protection by Thomas Lynch from Fatchan which has been protecting our Tor node for months.

    Liz Fong-Jones has been working on a way of busting this proof-of-work system. I don't know if this work has been rolled out to a botnet yet. He is still sending complaints to upstreams basically every day from his work email.

    I'm considering of developing a more robust anti-bot library in Rust using haproxy as a webserver.

    The patch sale is still running btw. I'm going to order more sets, so you'll have to wait a bit but you've not missed out.

    my early christmas gift

    A year ago, Ralph inherited a gumball ring from granpappy. He claims this is pure gold and each diamond is genuine and worth over 10 grand.

    After wearing it a while, he had a rash. He claims he's allergic to gold. This is extremely unlikely. He is more likely allergic to nickel and the ring is fake.

    Regardless, and not one to be discouraged, he continues to wear a ring that he is allergic to. This is the result.

    I have received multiple reports that CenturyLink/Qwest customers are not able to access the Kiwi Farms's network. It appears that a domestic ISP is refusing to connect their customers to my network.

    If you are a CenturyLink/Qwest customer, you should complain to them asap.
