@thomasfuchs they mostly messed up the initial marketing and pricing and availability of the 1000 which resulted in hesitance from software developers. Pricing and availability did get resolved somewhat with the 500. There was plenty of good software eventually, but they never marketed it as a serious computer, and they got behind on r&d
