Wait no, that's useless, since a rogue host can read the whole card before erasing it, and then write modified content back.
Damn.

Imagine SD card but with the ability to write-protect it in such a way, that un-write-protecting requires a password.

Hmm so LUKS's "anti-forensic" keyslot striping feature does nothing on SSDs?
and LUKS2 acknowledges this, and provides an extension point to add new anti-forensic methods, of which there are none except the LUKS1 one
and there's no way to disable it
but it provides no additional security on SSDs?

Hey @ignaloidas do I remember correctly that you were sad there is no database that lists what nvme features every NVMe SSD supports?

@ignaloidas so maybe we could start one? I would add the data from the SSDs I have, and you would add from yours.

Because people actually do have a synchronized model of how other humans' brains works, and those who know you have a model that matches your particular brain. I think it's called "mirror neurons". -

I think allowing e-commerce websites was a mistake.
Life would be better if every online shop had to implement a general e-commerce protocol that you could use with a general e-commerce program. -

@nadia I don't think my SyncMaster CRT had that... I had another monitor before that but I was too young to remember if it had any stickers or not.

@ayo omg it's using 4 WHOLE BYTES for an Enum? That's crazy...
what if you made a separate table with enum values and 1-byte PK, and replaced the enum columns with 1-byte foreign keys?
