@TerminalAutism It is possible the cabal has been manipulating the sun to delay it and that is why it hasnt happened yet. We know that things like HAARP are gateway technologies leading to the manipulation of larger systems.

Even old cars have electric starters though. If the mag field drops low enough and/or a flare is strong enough it may set houses on file due to induction. Anything metal, even a Faraday cage, could potentially melt.

I tend to think the carrington event will strike long before this tilt. As ben mentions, we could be without electricity for a decade of more before the tilt happens. A lot depends on how quickly the magnetic field deteriorates in the next decade and where the tipping point is.
