They're likely completely unaware of long video essays and of the young people watching them.

The complainers are going by their own experience of endlessly scrolling Facebook. They assume that is what everyone does, and they're projecting.

Tech Workers' refusal to unionize is the reason the tech industry is in the state it is in. We are the only ones who know how to make all this tech work and we gave up our power to terrible people who've used that power to abuse the entire world.

I had a conversation with my spouse this morning and it revealed how pervasive eugenics has made it into our culture. I don't think we talk about how we believe genes dictate hierarchy. So much of the medical profession discriminates based on eugenics.

It is believed that there are good genes and bad genes and our genetic history is the basis of our worthiness as a person and worse, wether we get the treatment we need.

Our genetic history is often a stand-in for racism. It is scientific, so it isn't racism right?

She talked about how in the past she'd think, "I have all these health problems because I'm Jewish" and she's realized that thought is self-inflicted antisemitism based on eugenics.

We all have genes that can hurt us, to use those to base our worthiness is just plan wrong.
