@hacks4pancakes Mix of stages 3 and 4 here. With an addition of management responsibilities while still grousing about asset management, anti-virus, and the fact that I need to go buy more liquor.

@horse Just some Steak-ums cooked up with onion. Let cool, then put some filling and some cheese (we used white American) into a wrapper and drop into the fryer! My husband put some ranch on his—I ate mine plain :)

My first time making peanut brittle. We are staying home from the party and making cheese steak eggrolls for dinner. I baked some chocolate peanut butter chip cookies too. Going to do 1 more batch of peanut brittle and then probably go work on some Lego this evening. Or go to bed. Unsure. Decompressing generally has me very tired for multiple days.
