Es scheint offensichtlich, dass mit dieser #Desinformation Druck in der Bevölkerung entstehen soll, der desatabilisiert, der im besten Fall Einfluss im Sinne Russlands nimmt.

Dies sind wieder mal Tage, wo ich mich frage, warum #Telegram in #Deutschland, in #Europa eigentlich noch zugänglich ist?
Mit Realität hat vieles in #Telegram nichts zu tun, mit #Manipulation & #Propaganda allerdings sehr viel.

Ich glaube, ohne Telegram wäre unsere Welt eine bessere.

Werde den Eindruck nicht los, dass man sich in einigen regionalen, rechtsaußen #Telegram-Chats richtig freut, dass Putin (eigentlich #Russland, aber so wird es dort selten benannt) mit Waffen mit irrer Sprengkraft Київ (also die #Ukraine ) beschießt.

Apartheid is when, in a given geographic area, there are two separate legal systems for two ethnic, religious, or racial groups (eg. Jews vs Arabs).

When some sanctions (eg. indefinite detention without trial, also known as administrative detention) are only used against one group, it is, by definition, apartheid.

I kind of get what they're trying to say. People coding free and open source software deserve to be paid when as many people value it as value Mastodon.

I agree with that and I'm glad Mastodon the project gets [checks Patreon page] at least £16,660 GBP ($20,835 USD, €20,013 EUR) per MONTH through Patreon alone. It should.

I lived like a small king for a decade, fixing under time pressure the worst f%ckups human developers at my customers have produced. Harsh is the existence of an IT consultant.

Bring them on, the LLM AIs that have problems to count, I'm sure there will be absolutely no flood of subtle one-off bugs, in code that no one at the customer even understands because it was generated by a magic LLM.

The number of experts won't raise, the size of code that stinks OTOH.

But if the rubber ducks can find the problems in the code by themselves then why do we need to pay the programmers
